We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of treatments to avoid assessing an charge of 50% of the services scheduled. For groups of 3 or more, we require a notice of one week for cancellation of treatments.
Gratuity is not included in the price for our spa or med spa services, but is gladly accepted. Gratuities usually range from 20-25% of the treatment price, or larger if you experience exceptional service.
  • Guests under 18 years of age are required parental consent and must receive consultation from a Le'Body Medical Specialist before any treatment services. Treatment services are on a case-by-case basis.
  • Guests 12 -17 years of age must wear a bathing suit or undergarments to receive body work, facials, wraps, scrubs or hair removal services.
  • The minimum age for cosmetic injectables is 18 at Le’ Body Spa + Med Spa. This includes Botox, Dysport, lip filler, cheek filler, all  Juvederm  injections
  • 18 years and older not 12-17 year
Le’Body MedSpa & Wellness accepts all major debit cards and credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and Cash.
Group discounts are available for parties of 5 or more, if you book your event Tuesday-Thursday. Parties with 5-9 guests receive 5% off all spa services, while parties of 10+ guests receive 10% off all spa services. Groups of 1-4 Guests: please call 512-980-BODY (2639) and a spa specialist will help coordinate your group gathering. Groups of 5+ Guests: please call with details about your gathering. Our dedicated Group Coordinator will respond as quickly as possible (within 48 hours) to help you create the perfect spa gathering experience.
Yes. Group gatherings must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. However, the credit card will only be charged if there is a cancellation within our cancellation policy or a no-show by any spa party guest.
Absolutely! We offer the option of renting out the entire spa so that your party can be completely private and ensure that no other guests – other than those in your party – will be in the Relaxation Room or in the spa receiving services. Plus, you’ll be able to choose the music, can offer a wider variety of refreshments, and have complete control over the noise level. Pricing for Private VIP Parties is based on the length of time of your party and the day of the week your event is scheduled. Call 512-980-BODY (2639) for more information.
If you need to cancel, you must do so one week (7 days) prior to the date of your spa party. Appointment modifications and group guest list changes must be made three days (72 hours) prior to the date of your event. Please notify us as far in advance as possible to help ensure that each of your guests can receive the treatments they would like.  Changes to appointments cannot be made on the day of your spa party due to room and staff availability. Group gatherings must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. The credit card on file will be charged if there is a last- minute cancellation or a no-show by any spa party guest. All cancellations made less than one week prior to the spa party date will be charged for the full price of the service.
If you book a Private Spa Party, you may bring champagne, wine and non- cooked foods to your spa party. Finger foods like fruit, cheese and desserts are some popular choices. Le’Body will provide glassware. We ask that you provide ice, silverware, plates and napkins, if you require them. Sorry, no outside food or drink for group gatherings that are not renting out the entire spa.
Yes, your gift certificate value can be used towards any spa treatment, med spa service, or product that Le’Body offers. You can also use it towards gratuity.
Le’Body gift certificates never expire.
Yes, the remaining value will carry over as a balance on your account. You can use the remaining balance for future Le’Body purchases.
Yes, Le’Body gift certificates can be used toward gratuity.
Sorry, we do not give cash refunds for gift certificates. We gladly offer credit towards all of our treatments and products.
Yes!  We’re happy to transfer your Le’ Body Spa gift certificate for you.
Gift certificates and Vouchers can be used to pay for any spa treatment, med spa treatment or and skin care product or retail purchases
We accept Care Credit at this time. You may also apply online with Lebody online or Inside Spa location.
Le’Body MedSpa & Wellness prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before the pricing on our website or menu of services. Please confirm the price for your treatment with our reservationists when booking your appointment.
You should arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to finalize any intake paperwork and unwind in our relaxation lobby. If they are running 10 to 15 min or more to the appointment we will reschedule depending on the service.
Le’Body MedSpa & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We that all guest to be mindful to take care of their personal belongings and double check before leaving facility.
We recommend that you not eat 2 hours before Body Sculpting and Wrap treatments. Outside of those services, you may eat prior to your Spa appointment, unless specified not to by a Le'Body Medical Specialist.
Le’Body MedSpa & Wellness reserves the right to deny services or stop services during treatment at the discretion of management.
There are different names used: Med Spa treatments, also referred to as medical spa or medi spa treatments, are elective, advanced, nonsurgical medical cosmetic procedures. View our menu services for different types of treatments.
Prior to performing any medical procedure, by law you must first be seen for a medical consultation for your safety. This appointment will last approximately 15-30 minutes. One of Le'Body's Medical Specialists will complete a medical evaluation and treatment plan before medically clearing uyou to proceed with any med spa treatment. When you call to book your first med spa treayment with us ourt technician will schedule an evaluation appintment. Once cleared, we will then schedule your medical spa treatment.
Medical clearance is needed any time there is a change in your health and medications. Please inform a Le'Body Medical Specialist upon your schedule appointment.
There is a non-refundable $30 consultation fee required. The Consultation fee goes towards your selected services upon purchased. If any is not chosen or you feel your not ready to proceed, your $30 is applied to your account for future use and covers our Medical Specialists consultants.
