Appointments & Consultations

Consultations
All new clients begin with a consultation. For medical services, a Good Faith Exam (GFE) is legally required prior to treatment to ensure care is safe and effective.

Late Arrivals
If you expect to be late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment time shortened in order to maintain the schedule. Service adjustments may be made and the full service fee may still apply.

If arrival time prevents the service from being performed, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.

Teens & Children
Children are not permitted inside Le’Body Spa & Wellness during appointments. Teen treatments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require a guardian present.

Booking & Cancellations

Retainers
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. In some cases a non-refundable retainer may be required and will be applied toward the service total.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as well as no-show appointments, are subject to a late cancellation fee of $75 or 50% of the scheduled service price, whichever is greater.

Providing proper notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Prepaid Appointments
When 24-hour notice is provided, prepaid amounts are credited to your account. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to the cancellation policy

Refunds & Memberships

Service Refunds
Services that have been performed are non-refundable. Please share any concerns during your appointment so we can support your experience and results.

Memberships
Auto-payments are non-refundable.
Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, a $200 early cancellation fee applies unless waived due to documented medical necessity.

Packages
Packages are non-refundable after seven (7) days of purchase.
If any portion of a package has been used, the package becomes immediately non-refundable.

Medical Exceptions
If a medical condition prevents continuation of treatment, the remaining unused portion may be issued as a credit toward other eligible services.

A physician’s note must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
