Appointments & Consultations
Consultations
All new clients begin with a consultation. For medical services, a Good Faith Exam (GFE) is legally required prior to treatment to ensure care is safe and effective.
Late Arrivals
Please notify us if you will be more than 10 minutes late. Late arrivals may require a shortened session or rescheduling to ensure all guests receive dedicated care. If we are delayed, your experience and results will never be rushed.
Teens & Children
Teen treatments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require a guardian to remain present during the appointment. To maintain a serene and safe environment, children may not accompany clients to appointments.
Booking & Cancellations
Retainers
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure appointments and is applied toward your service total.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for appointment changes.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as well as no-show appointments, are subject to a 50% service fee.
Members and package clients are subject to a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee.
Prepaid Appointments
When 24-hour notice is provided, prepaid amounts are credited to your account. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
Refunds & Memberships
Service Refunds
Services that have been performed are non-refundable. Please share any concerns during your appointment so we can support your experience and results.
Memberships
Auto-payments are non-refundable. Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, a $200 early cancellation fee applies. This fee may be waived with a valid physician’s note verifying medical inability to continue services.
Packages
Packages are non-refundable after 10 days of purchase. Unused packages may be converted to 100% membership credit. Partially used packages may receive 25% membership credit.
Medical Exceptions
If a medical condition prevents continuation of treatment, remaining balances may be credited toward other eligible services or a 50% refund may be issued with a physician’s note submitted within 6 months of purchase.
